ThermalDry® Basement Flooring is durable and made to last through common wear and tear.
Unlike ceramic basement floor tiles, ThermalDry® basement flooring will never crack or shatter. They are stain resistant, and their interlocking design assures that damaged tiles can be easily replaced.
Superior Basement Systems provides a limited warranty on ThermalDry® Basement Flooring.
Ceramic and vinyl basement tiles leave basement floors cold. They contain no thermal break between the concrete of your floor and your living space.
Each ThermalDry® Floor Tile rests on top of plastic pegs. By doing so, a thermal break is created underneath, which makes your floor's surface 8-10°F warmer than the cold concrete surface below.
These floor tiles also allow air to circulate underneath them, which facilitates the drying of trapped moisture. A vapor barrier and good air circulation are crucial components to long-lasting beauty and value for your basement refinishing project.
These unique floor tiles are also designed to hold up during flooding -- including the types that happen during groundwater flooding or a plumbing failure.
For added beauty and style, many homeowners will mix and match multiple tiled designs, combining them to create an architecturally designed look.
Benefits and highlights include:

Sub-floor tiles are unfinished so that you can install wall-to-wall carpeting on top of it. By not having the carpet on the concrete (the sub-floor tiles have a special grid pattern underneath), it will be warmer, dryer, and better smelling, too!
